Thomas Sol is Commercial Project Manager and has been with FindBusiness for over ten years. With both a commercial and creative background, he brings a unique combination of sharpness and imagination. Over the years he has helped dozens of companies in diverse sectors, from software and industrial applications to ICT and business services. Always with the same mission: to create a market approach that really works.

Besides his role as project leader, Thomas is also ICT coordinator. In this position he picks up larger projects revolving around digitalization and innovation within FindBusiness. He thinks ahead, builds on and ensures that processes become smarter and more efficient, without losing sight of the personal aspect.

Outside of work, you can find him in the kitchen, on the tennis court, behind a board game (Dungeons & Dragons) or on a city trip. He loves music, cocktails and is a big fan of the Efteling.

With his sincere attitude, curious outlook and loyal nature, Thomas is someone who not only moves projects forward, but also makes them a lot of fun.
