Melanie Fernandes is Commercial Associate at FindBusiness and focuses on approaching prospects and building valuable customer relationships, with a specific focus on the German market. As a native German speaker, she plays an important role in projects where German companies are targeted. With her communication skills, enthusiasm and open attitude, Melanie knows how to quickly build trust and manage conversations effectively, contributing to quality lead generation and strong commercial results.

Melanie is currently studying Psychology at Tilburg University and previously gained experience within the German branch of Venderion, a sister organization of FindBusiness. Here she was also active in outbound sales and conducting interviews with technical companies, which gave her a solid foundation in switching within complex sales processes and communicating with diverse target groups.

Melanie gets her energy from an open and honest work environment in which she can continuously develop and improve herself. She is eager to learn, enthusiastic and strong in communication, and feels best in a team that supports and challenges each other. Outside of work, Melanie enjoys being creative: she sings, plays guitar and reads a lot. She is also active in student associations and committees, and is known for her positive energy.
