Jikke Pheninckx
Jikke Pheninckx is Client Success Manager at FindBusiness and is the connecting link between clients, project leaders and our commercial staff. With her structured way of working, sharp view and natural involvement she makes sure that client projects start smoothly and stay on track during the entire process. From the first kick-off, Jikke monitors quality, customer satisfaction and continuity, always with an eye for detail and cooperation.
Jikke was already part of the FindBusiness team during her student days as a commercial employee and later returned with a backpack full of experience and a fresh perspective. This background enables her to look ahead, improve processes and maintain structural contact with clients. She translates wishes, feedback and opportunities into concrete actions that directly contribute to the success of projects and collaborations.
Jikke gets her energy from optimizing collaborations, creating overview and working with teams that want to grow together. Outside of work, she is true to her Brabant roots: she loves sociability, humor and a no-nonsense mentality, loves being on the soccer field and is a fanatical PSV supporter.
