Her experience serving on committees at her sorority has also given her a keen eye for collaboration and team dynamics.

Ellen gets energy from a fun and energetic team environment and performs best when challenged and outside her comfort zone. Outside of work, she is active in endurance sports such as running and cycling, enjoys creative pursuits such as crocheting and baking, and is a Lego fanatic.
