Carlijn Vanlaer is Strategy Manager at Findbusiness. She solves complex issues and supports the organization in achieving measurable business results. She advises management, substantiates choices with data and research, and translates strategy into concrete actions within sales and marketing. Carlijn combines a helicopter view with an eye for detail and approaches challenges with analytical sharpness and creative ideas, always focused on progress and quality. 

Previously, Carlijn served as New Venture Manager at Venderion and as Founders Associate at Valyuu, where she gained experience in strategic growth projects, developing new business models and advising management based on data-driven insights. She received her master's degree in International Business, Strategy & Innovation from Maastricht University SBE, cum laude.

Carlijn is internationally minded, gets energy from collaborating and connecting people so they can fully use their talents. She enjoys solving complex issues and feels at home in environments where she is challenged and can continue to grow. Outside of work, she plays tennis fanatically and follows the latest trends and strategic developments in the market.
