We are extremely pleased to share that Jikke Pheninckx is a member per January 1 returns to FindBusiness, this time in the role of Client Success Manager. A special and beautiful return, because during her student days Jikke was already part of our team as a commercial employee. Now, years later, she joins us again with a backpack full of experience, a fresh perspective and the same energy that we remember well.

In her new role, Jikke will be the connecting link between clients, project leaders, employees and our internal organization. She will ensure that new client projects get off to a smooth start, that the team fits together perfectly and that progress is monitored in a clear, structured and detailed way. From the first kick-off to the evaluation, Jikke is the one who ensures quality, customer satisfaction and continuity.

 

As Client Success Manager, she not only plans, organizes and monitors: above all, she looks ahead. She investigates how collaborations can be improved and maintains structural contact with clients to collect wishes, feedback and opportunities. She then translates these insights into concrete actions that contribute directly to the success of our projects.

 

And of course: Jikke also remains true to her Brabant roots outside working hours. She grew up with sociability, humor and no-nonsense mentality, plays soccer enthusiastically and is a proud PSV supporter. Something she will undoubtedly discuss within our team.
