Kick-off
The first month of the trial is dedicated to intensive knowledge sharing, the kick-off phase.
During a strategic session, we gather all the insights needed to start working in a focused way. Based on this, we draw up a plan of action and concrete prospect list on. When all signals are green, we move on to the next phase.
Execute
For 10 hours a week we conduct structured interviews with decision-makers from organizations that are really interesting for your business.
We carefully log all collected data so that you always have full insight into what is happening.
Evaluate
At the end of the trial, we discuss the results together in an evaluation meeting. We look back on the insights gained and determine whether, and if so, how, we will continue the collaboration.
